We designed a premium commercial real estate blueprint in Hatia, balancing high-capacity event venues with boutique luxury hospitality. Our team successfully solved complex space-planning challenges to integrate extensive parking, active recreation spaces, and serene natural elements into a singular, high-value asset.
Task
Create a comprehensive architectural and site master plan for a multi-use commercial hospitality venue. The program requires hosting 400-capacity indoor events and large-scale outdoor gatherings, while anchoring the estate with a premium gym, a canteen-cum-bar, 200 parking bays, and 4 luxury suites with unobstructed waterfront views.
